A Cell
The Principles of the Cell Churches - Fundaments

A Cell (Cellula in Latin) is a fundamental structural and functional unit of all known living organisms (according to Wikipedia). Life of a human being or of any other living creature starts with one cell which is multiplying itself...
The CELL CHURCHES are the fundamental structural and functional units of the living organism – the Chruch of the Lord Jesus. We understand the individual cells as a partial local form of Church.
Every cell in the healthy organism needs appropriate connection with other cells. This is why we develop various COMMON ACTIVITIES OF THE CELLS and put our efforts into the whole network of healthy small cell churches that will naturally produce more and more cell churches.
In the cells we especially strive that we as followers of Jesus would effectively operate in the environment of people who do not know the living Jesus yet. Cells in fact are meant as fellowships of believers with nonbelievers where the living Jesus is "felt", "heard" and "seen". (Cells in this sense are not meant as long-term small groups of believers.)

The Principles of the Cell Churches - Fundaments

Cells in nature combine to form more complex organisms, which then in a certain environment can more easily withstand adverse negative influences and can better grow. Each organism has, however, its own optimal mature size and slightly different health parameters so that it is able to reproduce. We could solicit an interesting lesson on cells and cell organisms from one of our cellular biologists :-)
I think about our cell community in the Czech Republic. I pray. I take note of the experiences we have gained. I listen to questions from people active in cells and of outside observers. I read and listen to various sources of ideas.
Cell communities operate daily in their own spheres and regions, and it is great. Meanwhile we, as Inspiration, have provided background, encouragement, and, according to opportunity and degree of interest, even specific care and initiative for all of the cells connected with us. Sometime in the summer of 2012 however, I set forth a question, for how many cells are we able to provide this kind of service? Will this structure work even when God adds another 100 cells to the network? I am hopeful that in the coming few years, He will add thousands of cells!

Growth of the Kingdom of God
The Principles of the Cell Churches - Fundaments

Jesus said: "How shall we picture the kingdom of God, or by what parable shall we present it? It is like a mustard seed, which, when sown upon the soil, though it is smaller than all the seeds that are upon the soil, yet when it is sown, it grows up and becomes larger than all the garden plants and forms large branches; so that the birds of the air can nest under its shade." (Mark 4:30‑32)

Statement of Faith
The Principles of the Cell Churches - Fundaments

Various fellowships of Christians in the history and also contemporary organizations viewed as needy to spell out their attitudes in key areas of doctrine or faith, or also of practical philosophy of ministry and life. Such document can be helpful in cases when new potential partners do not know each other well enough or as they deal about closer forms of cooperation. It is useful also for internal assurance who we are, what are we building on, or just for individual thinking and study...
